You will show properties to prospective buyers, host open houses, communicate with leads, coordinate appointments, and help clients explore homes that fit their goals. You will learn how to create a welcoming open house experience, start productive real estate conversations, identify buyer needs, and turn new connections into client relationships. The hybrid structure allows you to gain valuable showing experience while developing beyond the showing role. Through coaching and practical experience, you will strengthen your follow up, buyer consultations, lead conversion, negotiations, contracts, and overall client communication. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will develop the confidence and daily habits needed to manage buyer relationships from the first conversation through closing while creating future opportunities through referrals, repeat clients, and your growing database.
