Job Type Full-time (Evenings and Weekends Required) Step Into an Established Clientele at a Premier Luxury Spa Robert Andrew Salon & Spa is growing, and we have an immediate opening for an experienced, licensed Esthetician to join our elite skincare team. For over 50 years, our massive 33,000-square-foot luxury Tuscan-inspired facility has served as the region's premier destination for high-end skincare, relaxation, and wellness. We possess a deep, active guest base with strong, consistent demand for advanced skincare and body treatments. If you are looking for a stable, professional, long-term home where you can focus entirely on your craft while we handle the marketing and booking, your treatment room is ready. (Note: While we are looking for dedicated skincare specialists, we also have specialized tracks available for dual-licensed Esthetician / Makeup Artists who want to provide both services!) We customize your onboarding package completely around your experience, availability, and existing book: Immediate Commission Option: If you bring a loyal local clientele, you can step straight onto our premium 40% service commission rate on day one. Your rate is formally reevaluated at 90 days to increase to 43% based on performance. Custom Transition Protection: If you are building or transitioning into our guest base, we provide a customized, competitive hourly base wage + tips during your first 30 to 60 days. This protection rate is fully tailored to your specific schedule, availability, and depth of experience. Exceptional Earning Potential: Thanks to our high-ticket luxury service menus, premium retail lines, and high-end regional demographic, our estheticians see exceptional gratuity trends and retail commission potential. Full Professional Support: Focus 100% on your guests. We completely cover your backbar, luxury skincare inventory, regional marketing, utility bills, treatment room amenities, and full front-desk booking support. Ongoing Advanced Training: Stay at the forefront of the industry with fully sponsored, ongoing education and advanced product training opportunities. What You'll Do Deliver high-quality, results-driven skincare treatments tailored to each guest's unique skin goals. Perform expert customized facials, advanced skincare treatments, dermaplaning, and full body/facial waxing with absolute precision and care. Conduct authentic, comprehensive guest consultations to build deep trust, retention, and custom homecare regimens. Educate guests naturally on skincare routines and recommend appropriate retail solutions. Maintain meticulous sanitation, sterilization, and treatment room standards. We're Looking For Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a practicing Esthetician preferred. Licensing: Active Maryland State Esthetician or Cosmetology license required. Technical Skills: Proficient in customized facials, advanced treatments, dermaplaning, and full-body waxing. Schedule Availability: Must be available for a variety of shifts to meet peak guest traffic, including evenings and weekend days.
