U.S. Partnerships & Community Lead

Remote, United States Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly connected, relationship-driven professional to help build our presence across the U.S. wellness, women's empowerment, lifestyle, and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

This is not a traditional PR role. You will be the key relationship builder and community connector, responsible for developing partnerships, growing brand visibility, cultivating influential networks, and creating meaningful connections that support long-term growth.

You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to establish relationships with media, podcasters, wellness practitioners, female founders, community leaders, creators, and mission-aligned organizations throughout the United States.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute U.S. partnership and community growth initiatives
\n
• Develop relationships with media, podcasts, creators, and industry influencers
\n
• Secure speaking opportunities, collaborations, and brand partnerships
\n
• Introduce the company to key women's entrepreneurship, wellness, and lifestyle networks
\n
• Identify and manage community, event, and strategic partnership opportunities
\n
• Organize intimate gatherings, founder dinners, salons, workshops, and community experiences
\n
• Build relationships with nonprofits, advocacy groups, and mission-aligned organizations
\n
• Support founder networking and high-value relationship development
\n
• Manage external agencies, consultants, and event partners when needed
\n
• Maintain an organized relationship and partnership pipeline
\n

Who You Are

\n
• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, community building, public relations, business development, brand marketing, or related fields
\n
• Strong network across wellness, lifestyle, media, consumer brands, entrepreneurship, or women's communities
\n
• Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities
\n
• Comfortable representing a brand at events, meetings, and industry gatherings
\n
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and highly resourceful
\n
• Able to balance strategy with hands-on execution
\n
• Experience working with startups or early-stage companies is highly preferred
\n
• Passionate about women's wellbeing, personal growth, wellness, community building, and meaningful social impact
\n
